Hi everyone,
It has been a while since I posted. Most of you might also be going through the craziness of life during this pandemic and the state of the world. I really hope you're holding up well. I started to finally get back into exercising regularly to help get out of my own head. :(
So here are a few bits and bobs from that I've enjoyed recently that give me some small enjoyment:
1. If you follow me on instagram you know I've been in love with this veggie sandwich by Taralynn. I'm trying to meal prep more consistently this year, and this has been a hit. I used spinach instead of collards, and I used spicy hummus to replace regular flavour. It's SO GOOD. I am incredibly pleased with making this a regular part of my week! PS. Toasted is even better
4. Michelle's post on How to Better Yourself - 23 Challenges That Will Change Your Life.
5. For those of you doing at home workouts, I've really enjoyed Melissa Wood's short videos. I'm highly considering joining her online team. Fantastic!
