I feel like there is hope in the air this past week. I've been exhausted from being on-call and studying, but also super motivated. Do you find that the more you put on your plate, the more time you can find to do stuff? Hopefully this won't bite me in the butt in a few months. I've been guilty of that, too. 😂
Here is our list for the week:
1. Chai lattés - I've been making these for almost a month now. I have the Tetley chai tea bags, put 1/3 cup hot water and let it steep with some sugar then pour in frothed warm oak milk. So yum! I'm now looking for a spicier chai tea so send me recommendations if you have any.
2. Night time cozies - I've been really enjoying my flannel PJ's from Joe Fresh since I got a pair this Christmas. They're like a warm hug, and feel amazing after having a hot shower and a snuggle into bed. We are going to be home for the foreseeable future, and winter is long in Canada...may as well cozy up.
3. My food link for today is what I've been drooling about and haven't gotten around to doing this week because of how packed my inpatient call has been. But I will do it no matter what! Pan-Fried sesame garlic tofu, I'm going to put it together with bok choy and jasmine rice. I am so excited!!
