Absolute Favourites at Random

 Hello everyone!

Today I thought I would share some of my most loved items over the past 6 months. I hope you'll take a gander and perhaps allow them to enter into your petite life too. 

1. This is going to be a triple shout-out. I spent a few weeks tracking my food intake on MyPlate app (it's awesome!) to get an idea of my macronutrient breakdown. My protein was consistently low - FYI: I typically eat a vegetarian diet most days of the month. I'm not the greatest at increasing protein via diet, so I bought some protein powder and committed to smoothies. MyProtein whey powder in marshmallow cereal flavour is INSANE. Definitely recommend it if you dislike the chalky taste of most products. I also tried Nutracelle's vegan multivitamin gummies to round me out, even though it's likely just expensive pee. They taste great!

2. My Echo Dot... I use Alexa so much. She makes all of my grocery lists, plays me house music while I clean on Saturday mornings, and reminds me when I have to do things. Love her.

3. Jenn Im's youtube videos - so much peace, encouragement and positivity. She helped get a lot of us through the low and lonely times of the pandemic. 

4. TNA biker shorts - just do it. I wear them at least once a week around the house, or under a dress/loose top to run errands. So comfy, and I find them flattering. 

5. Aritzia Babaton Sculpt Knit Tank - I got the cropped version. Obsessed. Bra optional. 

6. L'Occitane Lavender Bubble Bath - this has the best bubble ratio to water, and longevity of bubbles in the bath. It's pricey but worth it for the fact that you don't need to use much to get the desired effect. The smell is very spa-like and the bottle lasts a while. 

7. Lancôme's Ombre Hypnôse Stylo Shadow Stick - this is a recent purchase and I loved it immediately. I have it in bronze and do a thick swipe with a slight cat eye & add mascara. It's a lighter effect than a black eyeliner, and fun for summer.
