Don't you just love how your home can take on a different atmosphere as the seasons change? At my parents house, the colder weather would bring out more furry blankets, candles, and dark neutral shades. I thought I'd share some beautiful homes I've been loving lately. I think I may start keeping a box of decor for "warm weather" and another for "cold weather". What do you think? Maybe I'm just making excuses to spend my petit study breaks perusing H&M Home and One Kings Lane.

How have you brought the holidays into your home this year!?
Cheers,
Chantelle
All I want is a few thick, heavy, rich blankets and I'll be set. That fur is GORGEOUS!

ReplyDeleteSeriously this makes me want to redo my house!!!
ReplyDeleteI love all the white in these homes! The only thing I have that represents the holidays so far is winter smelling candles. It is just enough for right now, but I can't wait to break out more stuff! I have an elf on the shelf that I love having around come December!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great inspiration Chantelle, thank you for sharing <3

I love the way Anthropologie styles their store during the holidays. It always provides a lot of DIY inspiration because their decor is on the more expensive side, so I always try to figure out how I could replicate it for a less expensive price. I love woodsy colors with pops of red and lots of lights and garlands at Christmas. :)
ReplyDeleteAll of these images look so warm and cozy!

The pillow with happy holidays printed on it is really adorable. I love it. And it looks so comfortable too. It is really a perfect way to give your home a touch of the holiday season.
