Salut tout le monde!
I've been keeping this news away from my blog as long as I could, so I wouldn't come across as some snobby jet-setter. But, Sunday I will be heading off to Europe [again]; this time to visit family. I'll be taking pictures like mad, of course, and I will also be bringing my macbook [good news for you guys, updates straight from vacation city!]. This also means I probably won't be posting anything for the next few days [busy packing]. I will, however, be commenting A LOT! It's my favourite. I adore finding new blogs and expanding my bookmarks. These in turn end up on my blog roll. I don't even tell half of them I'm linking them.. I just do. I'm nice like that. Also a tad lazy. See it whichever way you want.

Autumn 08/09

Clare Keller continues to impress with her new fall collection, photographed by legendary Steven Meisel. In a recent interview, Keller was said to have taken inspiration from Terence Donovan and David Bailey. The shots are in Black & White to bring "a modern edge to the collection."

And a stunning job by model Sasha Pivovarova & Matt Gordon.

À bientôt!

I just came across Blugirl last night while I was looking into Anna Molinari's line, and I completely fell in love with their AW 08/09  collection. It's completely adorable, wearable, and inspiring. I'm liking how light colours are in for this fall.

Who says you can't wear white after labour day?

So I bet you are allll wondering what was the craze in Paris.
One day in, I caught on quickly with the trend:

Longchamp Pliage Bags

EVERYWHERE.

Jeremy Scott also designed for Longchamp: Le Pliage.

Of course I snagged myself one as well. As all of you know by now, I'm a quirky soul so the plain coloured ones were a no-go for me, and jeremy scott's designs were nowhere to be seen [most likely sold out as soon as they came out, a date I'm too lazy to research]. However, I was lucky enough to snag one from LC's collaboration with French illustrator Robert Wagt - each bag has a different illustration. Here's a snapshot of mine (I didn't exactly have many to choose from, it was the last one):

It's big, it's light-weight, and it's from Longchamp. Now I know why this trend started spreading across Europe. Which it did, I bought this on my weekend trip to Barcelona and all the girls were attacking the Longchamp section. Anyway, that's my bullet of information for today. I'm 5 mins away from tomorrow so I should post this quick-fast.

Adios bellas!

Salut mes amis!

I promise I'll have a delicious up-date for all of you très soon, but for now here's Carla Bruni's new song that's all the rage in France. She's so chic and elegant that I couldn't help but fall in love with her style and manner. Her music is also divine, perfect for a picnic in the woods. I just adore it, I feel completely at ease after hearing this chanson.

À plus mes belles! <3 nbsp="" p="">
