I thought I would pop in to share another recipe The Boy and I tried a couple months back. I found it on The Luxurious Life, and it looked divine (plus, I was craving seafood that weekend). The shrimp are fantastic, there is no denying it; and the green beans were done in a snap. However, if you're not used to rich foods, this may be difficult to eat in its entirety. We both had to take breaks in order to wipe our plates clean, and next time we make the scampi we are substituting a lot more wine for all that butter. I recommend you give this recipe a whirl, and adjust as needed!
