ShopBop: Pre-Fall Wishlist

2 September 2012

Hey everyone,

Below you shall see a whole bunch of stuff I can't buy, because I thought it would be fun to make a crazy challenge: No fashion-related shopping until December [clothes, shoes, bags, accessories minus jewelry]. I've done a month long one before, so I upped the ante. My mom thinks I'm nuts. Everyone thinks I'm nuts. Am I?

This is what happens when you read blogs on minimalism. Which I've written about before here, here, here, and here.

Theory- A suede jacket with some loose pants + slouchy tee = amore.
Victoria Beckham suede leggings - I just die over these. Must.find.similar.ones.thatarent1600$$

Of Two Minds - Boucle sweater that looks like a tweed Chanel Jacket. One day, Chantelle. One day.
Thakoon Addition - Quilted leather shorts. Also reminding me of Chanel and my student bank account. Phooey.

I'm pretty sure these two dresses are perfect for any occasion, ever.

Halston Heritage- Pleated fitted dress. The wraps and tucks are phenomenal.
Rebecca Taylor- Tweed shift dress. Loving the ruffled edges and the higher waistline. My ideal LBD.

LD Tuttle for VPL - Color blocking for fall. The heel isn't too high, and they seem like the perfect everyday booties to tuck some dark-wash skinnies into. Or chunky knit socks. Those a pretty cool.
Marc by Marc Jacobs - The black wedge. Need I say more?...

Cheers,
Chantelle

P.S. I just scanned a few pages of post entries from 2009. Two things I want to point out: I'd still wear 99% of everything I posted, is it just me or has fashion remained pretty consistent for (nearly) 4 years? Secondly, I was so on my A-game with blogging.
