I love this video

I have been watching this clip every week since its addition to my 'favourites list'.
It's funny how you can get inspired by the most unexpected people. It reinforces my belief in hard work and determination.

Watch this video without any distractions. No music, no 19 000 windows open, nada.
It's only ten mins long. Remember, you're frolicking around on a fashion blog.. So you sure as hell can spend a smidge of time watching something that may change your day, week, month, heck maybe even your life.
[I love the ending, it gets me all the time. I honestly get tears in my eyes.]

A quote I love:
The Creator gathered all of Creation and said,

“I want to hide something from the humans until they are ready for it. It is the realization that they create their own reality”.

The eagle said, “Give it to me, I will take it to the moon.”

The Creator said, “No. One day they will go there and find it.”

The salmon said, “I will bury it on the bottom of the ocean.” "No. They will go there too.”
The buffalo said, “I will bury it on the Great Plains.”

The Creator said, “They will cut into the skin of the Earth and find it even there.”

Grandmother Mole, who lives in the breast of Mother Earth, and who has no physical eyes but sees with spiritual eyes

said, “Put it inside of them.”

And the Creator said, “It is done.”

Chantelle.

  1. Chantelle!!

You have a gay twin. He's blonde with blue eyes. I saw him at Shoppers Drug Mart yesterday. He's slim and you guys have very similar smiles. He was such a cheery, pretty boy. I couldn't stop staring at him. I honestly thought he might've been your cousin or something. And, of course, I mean that this dude is slightly feminine; not the other way around.

Anyway, I'll be watching the Will Smith video now. I just wanted to be the first comment-er. =P

And Happy Valentine's Day ma belle!.

  2. That was sweet. Especially the end. I remember watching it in the cinema and i was trying not to cry.lol :-)

it's true about not letting people tell you you can't do something. i think the hardest part is you the individual pushing for it and proving people wrong and not stopping until you have got what you wanted.
